Terms of Service & Refund Policy

These terms govern the use of courtletters.asrdus.com (the “Service”).

1. What the Service provides

The Service generates personalized document templates based on the information you enter. The free tier lets you preview all documents and download a designated document with a service notice. The paid product is a one-time purchase of the full document pack (clean files, no notice) at the price stated on the site: $9.99.

2. Delivery

Delivery is instant and electronic: immediately after successful payment you are redirected to a page with download links for all documents. The links remain active — bookmark the page. If you lose the link, email homasglobal443@gmail.com with your payment details and we will restore access within 24 hours.

3. Not legal, financial or immigration advice

CourtLetters is a document preparation tool, not a law firm, and provides no legal advice. Character references must be truthful and personally signed by the referee; drafts are a starting structure only. For anything before a court, consider advice from a qualified lawyer or Legal Aid. You are responsible for reviewing every document, ensuring the information in it is truthful and accurate, and for how you use it.

4. Refunds

Because you can preview every document in full before paying, purchases are generally final. However, we will refund your payment in full within 14 days if: the files could not be downloaded or are technically defective and we cannot fix the problem within 48 hours; you were charged more than once for the same order; or the generated documents materially differ from the preview. To request a refund, email homasglobal443@gmail.com with your order reference. Refunds are returned to the original payment card.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by monobank (Plata by mono) card acquiring. We never see or store your card details.

6. Data

See our Privacy Policy. In short: the form data you enter is used to generate your documents; paid orders are stored so your download links keep working; we don't sell data and we don't send marketing email.
